First Sea Lord’s Sea Power Conference 2024: Virtual attendance

Future Navy: Maritime in the 2040s

The Council on Geostrategy is delighted to be organising and hosting the First Sea Lord’s Sea Power Conference 2024, together with a consortium of British universities, on Tuesday 14th May and Wednesday 15th May 2024 at Lancaster House. It is the second year in a row the Council on Geostrategy has been chosen to deliver the annual flagship conference of the Royal Navy.

This year’s conference will focus on a particularly important and long-term topic – the future of the Royal Navy, specifically its vision for 2040. The conference will aim not only to articulate, but also to deliver this vision by fostering a dialogue between the private and public sectors and by bringing together officers, officials, parliamentarians, industry, media and academia
