Ben Baxendale-Smith is a PhD student at King’s College London in the Defence Studies Department, researching the role of the maritime-air domain in the Indo-Pacific strategies of Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. In addition to working for an MP, he has previously held a position at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington DC. He holds an MA in International Relations with Distinction from Durham University.
