Jennifer Parker is the Founder and Principal of Barrier Strategic Advisory, providing expert counsel on maritime strategy and Indo-Pacific security. She is an Adjunct Fellow in Naval Studies at UNSW Canberra and an Expert Associate at the ANU National Security College. A leading strategic thinker in Australia, she is cited frequently in national and international media. A former Royal Australian Navy warfare officer, she brings over two decades of operational and leadership experience to her research, policy and advisory work.
