Luca Hincks

Luca Hincks is Head of Events and Conferences at the Council on Geostrategy, where he is responsible for maintaining the organisation’s private and public events programme. Previously, he worked for the Industry and Parliament Trust, where he organised training events on the processes and functions of Parliament. He holds a BA (Hons.) in History and International Relations from the University of Lancaster.
