Mihoko Matsubara

Main areas of expertise: Cybersecurity and policy, emerging and disruptive technologies, and international cyber cooperation Mihoko Matsubara is Chief Cybersecurity Strategist at NTT, Inc. in Tokyo, where she is responsible for delivering cybersecurity thought leadership. Previously, she served in the Japanese Ministry of Defence before achieving an MA at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies on Fulbright. She is an Associate Fellow in Cyber Power and Future Conflict at the International Institute for Strategic Studies and an award-winning author of three books on cybersecurity and resilience lessons from Ukraine.
