Neil Brown

Neil Brown is Geopolitical Strategist at Deltroit Asset Management, following a similar role at CQS. Previously, he served as an officer in the Royal Navy, with operational deployments in three air defence destroyers and logistics command of a Carrier Task Group, before leading the Navy’s Legal Services and Naval Staff. He also worked for the Cabinet Office, developing a national strategy for engagement with Gulf Cooperation Council states.
