Sir Stephen Lovegrove GCMG KCB was the National Security Adviser from March 2021 to September 2022. Prior to this he was Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Defence from 2016-2021 and Permanent Secretary for Department of Energy & Climate Change from 2013-2016.

Member of Parliament for Barrow and Furness
Michelle Scrogham MP is Member of Parliament for Barrow and Furness and Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on AUKUS. A former businesswoman and trade union representative, she served as Mayor of Ulverston before entering national politics and was appointed to the Defence Select Committee.
