Harry Halem

Harry Halem is Senior Fellow at Yorktown Institute. He holds an MA (Hons) in Philosophy and International Relations from the University of St Andrews, and an MSc in Political Philosophy from the London School of Economics. Halem worked for the Hudson Institute’s Seapower Center, along with multiple UK think-tanks. He has published a variety of short-form pieces and monographs on various aspects of military affairs. He is also a Doctoral candidate in the LSE’s Department of International Relations, researching historical conceptions of military thought and their relationship to escalation.
