Trilateral Commission on deepening cooperation between Poland, Ukraine and the United Kingdom

In February 2022, Poland, Ukraine and the United Kingdom issued a joint statement confirming their intention to deepen their relations through a Trilateral Memorandum of Cooperation. Since then, the three nations have worked together to resist Russia’s aggression and coordinate a European response. In this context, the Council on Geostrategy, the Polish Institute of International Affairs and the Foreign Policy Council ‘Ukrainian Prism’ have been working together through a two-part series of dialogues to determine how British-Polish-Ukrainian cooperation might be strengthened in a new geopolitical environment. After two dialogues, held in Warsaw and London in 2023, the three organisations are ready to launch the report.
