David Quarrey
David Quarrey CMG is the Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to NATO. Previously, David served as the Prime Minister’s advisor on International Affairs and as Deputy National Security Adviser from 2019 to 2022,and as British Ambassador to Israel from 2015 to 2019. David has served in numerous additional roles in the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and Cabinet Office, as well as in various UK missions overseas.
