Edward Howell

Dr Edward Howell is a Lecturer in Politics at the University of Oxford, and the Korea Foundation Fellow with the Asia-Pacific Programme at Chatham House, London. He is the author of North Korea and the Global Nuclear Order: When Bad Behaviour Pays, published by Oxford University Press in 2023. Edward is a regular analyst on the politics and international relations of the Korean Peninsula and East Asia for national and international media outlets, including The Spectator, The Telegraph, and BBC News.
