Dr Louise Kettle is an Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham. Her research focuses on British foreign and security policy, particularly in relation to the Middle East. She is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society and Associate Fellow of the Royal United Services Institute. Her most recent book is Learning from the History of British Interventions in the Middle East published by Edinburgh University Press and her current research focuses on British-Iranian relations.
