James Rogers, our Co-founder and Director of Research, was invited to speak on a panel at the Strategic ARK conference in Warsaw, hosted by Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM). Alongside his co-speakers, James discussed the topic ‘The West: Who Are We?’.
