The Council on Geostrategy is happy to announce that Mihoko Matsubara is joining us as an International Fellow.
Mihoko Matsubara is Chief Cybersecurity Strategist at NTT, Inc. in Tokyo, where she is responsible for delivering cybersecurity thought leadership. Previously, she served in the Japanese Ministry of Defence before achieving an MA at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies on Fulbright. She is an Associate Fellow in Cyber Power and Future Conflict at the International Institute for Strategic Studies. She is an award-winning author of two books on cybersecurity.
