The Council on Geostrategy is happy to announce that George Scutaru is joining us as an International Fellow.
George Scutaru is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the New Strategy Centre, a Romanian security and foreign affairs think tank established in 2015. Prior to this, he served in the Parliament of Romania in the Chamber of Deputies, holding positions on the Committee on Defence and National Security as Secretary from 2004-2008, and as Vice-Chair from 2008-2014. Between 2014 and 2015, he was National Security Adviser to the President of Romania.
