Viktorija Starych-Samuolienė is appointed as a DIRDI Fellow

We are delighted to announce that Viktorija Starych-Samuolienė, our Co-founder and Director of Strategy, has been appointed as a Fellow of the Durham Institute of Research, Development, and Invention (DIRDI).

DIRDI is a scientific research institute established by Coltraco Ltd in partnership with Durham University and based at ORBIT NETPark, Durham. It includes within it the Centre for Underwater Acoustic Analysis (CUAA).

DIRDI aims to bring together academics and industry professionals across disciplines, primarily physicists, engineers, mathematicians, and computer scientists. Core research specialities include acoustics, electromagnetism, and information engineering.

I warmly welcome Viktorija’s appointment as a Fellow of the Institute  in her capacity as Director and Co-founder of the Council on Geostrategy. In a world of growing geostrategic instability and increased challenge to the international rules-based order what we contribute in scientific and technological advancement will prove of fundamental and critical importance to its freedom and security. In recognition of Viktorija’s strategic contribution it is the Durham Institute of Research, Development and Invention’s pleasure to welcome Viktorija to the Institute.
