James Rogers and Viktorija Starych-Samuoliene attended the Pacific Future Forum aboard HMS Prince of Wales on October 20th.
The forum looked at broadening the scope of Western alliances to reflect an increasingly competitive and globalised world. This year the focus was eastward to the Indo-Pacific, where China’s rise has created systemic challenges to the open international order.
