James Rogers, our Co-founder and Director of Research, attended the Oxford Ukraine Summit 2023 as a panellist on Monday 13th March at Oxford University. The summit focused on ‘European Horizons for Ukraine’.
James featured on a panel entitled ‘How do we prime Europe’s security architecture to deliver Ukraine victory in the battlefield? Rethinking NATO’s involvement, and Baltic and Black Sea cooperation’. James spoke alongside Vadym Prystaiko, Ukrainian Ambassador to the UK and former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Boris Johnson MP, former British Prime Minister, Andrii Zagorodnyuk, Chairman of the Centre for Defence Strategies and former Defence Minister of Ukraine, Neil Melvin, Director of International Security Studies at RUSI and was moderated by Dr Samuel Ramani, Geopolitical Analyst at RUSI.
